Mesin Tea Bag Packing

Mesin tea bag packing (tea bag machine, mesin pengemas teh celup, tea bag packing machine) adalah mesin filling-sealing otomatis untuk produksi kantong teh celup individual dari roll kertas filter (heat-seal atau non-woven). Mendukung berbagai format: flat tea bag standar, pyramid tea bag (segitiga premium untuk specialty), tea bag with thread + tag (benang + label brand), serta outer envelope tea bag (kantong + envelope outer untuk hospitality/hotel).
Kemaskemas menyediakan 8 model mesin dari 2 supplier line: DXDC Series (DXDC50B pyramid premium, DXDC8V/DXDC81/DXDC15 flat tea bag) untuk specialty roaster dan brand artisan; serta JX Series (JX002 with-tread-and-tag, JX003 outer-and-inner-bag, JX005 round-type) untuk brand teh komersial volume tinggi dan hospitality. Tambahan: CCFD6 untuk produksi entry-medium. Plus Tea Bag Paper Roll sebagai material consumable filter food-grade.
Output range bervariasi: 40-200 bag/menit tergantung model — entry production untuk UMKM teh herbal, medium throughput untuk brand specialty (premium leaf tea, kopi celup, rempah celup, herbal infusion), dan high throughput untuk pabrik teh nasional. Material kompatibel: filter paper food-grade, non-woven polypropylene, atau nylon mesh untuk pyramid.
Aplikasi tipikal: pabrik teh, brand specialty coffee drip-bag (kopi celup ear-drip), produsen herbal infusion (jahe celup, kunyit celup, jamu celup), rempah/bumbu celup, hospitality private-label (hotel/resort tea brand), serta export brand teh Indonesia. Kompatibel dengan format heat-seal standard dan non-heat-seal (string-and-tag).
