Snack Extrusion Production Line

Snack extrusion production line (lini produksi snack extrusion, twin-screw extruder line, puff snack line) adalah lini produksi end-to-end untuk pabrik snack kemasan yang menggunakan teknologi extrusion (high-temperature short-time cooking + shaping melalui twin-screw extruder dengan die head) untuk menghasilkan snack dengan tekstur expanded/puff/crispy.
Kemaskemas menyediakan 6 lini produksi: Twist Snack Production Line (snack twist berbentuk spiral, popular Indonesia retail); Pillow & Stick Snack Production Line (snack bantal kosong dengan filling cream/coklat opsional, stick crispy); Fresh Potato Chips Production Line (keripik kentang segar slice → blanch → fry → flavor); Complex Potato Chips Production Line (compound chips dari powder + recipe — Pringles-style); Extrusion Systems Production Line of Snack Pellets (pelet semi-finished untuk goreng/oven di pabrik finishing); Extrusion Systems Production Line of Puff Snack (corn puffs, balls, rings dengan flavor coating).
Lini extrusion umumnya terdiri dari: raw material conveying & metering, pre-conditioner (steam injection moisture adjustment), twin-screw extruder (jantung lini — cooking + shaping dengan die head custom), cutter (size adjust), dryer/oven (moisture content target 2-5%), flavoring drum (coating bumbu dengan oil + powder), dan cooling & handover ke packing line. Capacity range 50-500 kg/jam tergantung lini.
