Product Description
Seri B-BIV Cyclone adalah versi heavy-duty dari seri B-BIV Pulverizer (#27) — crusher core sama, tetapi dengan cyclone separator + pulse-jet bag filter (2-stage dust collection) dan discharge motor terpisah. Hasilnya: tangkapan debu lebih thorough, umur bag filter lebih panjang, suitable untuk continuous high-throughput. 3 ukuran, 60–1000 kg/jam (20/30/40BIV; tanpa 15BIV — cyclone overhead tidak ekonomis <60 kg/h).
Cara kerja — 2-stage dust collection
- Crusher chamber (motor 4–11 kW @ 3400–4500 rpm): material dihaluskan rotor → powder 20–120 mesh.
- Cyclone separator: partikel berat berputar ke dinding + jatuh (collected); halus naik ke tahap berikut.
- Bag filter pulse-jet (motor 1.5–3 kW): fine dust ditangkap bag, pulse-jet (semburan udara berkala) membersihkan bag, dust dikembalikan ke output.
- Discharge motor (0.75 kW).
Kenapa 2-stage? Cyclone menangkap ~80–95% debu by inertia; bag filter hanya menangani sisa halus → umur bag lebih panjang + konsumsi compressed air pulse-jet lebih rendah.

Cyclone (#33) vs Pulverizer bag-only (#27)
- Material rendah dust, batch kecil, langit-langit <2.5m: #27 Pulverizer-BIV (bag-only, kompak 950mm).
- Material berdebu tinggi, continuous, bag sering clog: #33 Cyclone-BIV (2-stage, tinggi ~2.3m).
Cara memilih
- Kecil-menengah (60–400 kg/h): 20/30BIV (6–8 kW, 2.8–3.2m).
- Besar (160–1000 kg/h): 40BIV (14.75 kW, feeding 10mm, continuous).
Butuh langit-langit ≥2.5m (cyclone column), 3-phase wajib, compressed air 5–7 bar untuk pulse-jet. Output 20–120 mesh (untuk >120 pakai GF/WFJ).
