Product Description
Seri GFSJ adalah crusher kecepatan tinggi dengan VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) adjustable speed 2100–2900 RPM — operator fine-tune kecepatan rotor sesuai material (lunak → high RPM cepat; keras → low RPM torque besar). Output 20–120 mesh. 3 ukuran, 10 kg/jam (GFSJ-8A) sampai 550 kg/jam (GFSJ-32A).
VFD adjustable speed — kelebihan utama
Banyak crusher fixed-RPM (CSJ #28 = 480 RPM). GFSJ VFD memungkinkan: material lunak → speed tinggi (throughput cepat); material keras → speed rendah (torque tinggi + wear berkurang); material sensitif panas → speed rendah (panas friksi berkurang). Trade-off: tanpa integrated dust collector (pasang external extractor untuk dust load tinggi, atau pilih BIV #27/#33 yang built-in).
