High Speed Granulator KZL-160
Mesin granulator kecepatan tinggi (high-speed mixing granulator). Berbeda dari dry granulator, KZL menggunakan high-speed impeller + chopper untuk wet granulation — material powder + binder solution dicampur sambil diaduk pada kecepatan tinggi sehingga membentuk granul homogen dengan ukuran terkontrol.
Karakteristik KZL-160
- Kapasitas batch: ~160 liter (working volume)
- Main impeller (low-speed mixing) + chopper (high-speed cutting)
- Spray system terintegrasi untuk binder solution
- Material kontak pharma-grade stainless steel
- Cycle time relatif pendek dibanding fluidized granulation
