Product Description
Seri QLDJ adalah jet mill — crusher paling halus di katalog kami, menghasilkan powder 2–150 μm (jauh lebih halus dari crusher mekanik lain: WFJ ~32 μm, BIV ~125 μm). Mekanisme: material di-fluidisasi dengan compressed air 0,65–0,95 MPa dan dibenturkan partikel-on-partikel tanpa kontak blade → zero contamination dari wear blade. Cocok untuk pharma micronization, cosmetics ultra-fine pigment, ceramic. 3 model, 300/400/630.

Cara kerja — fluidized-bed particle attrition
- Material pre-ground (~100 mesh) masuk chamber.
- Nozzle udara 0,65–0,95 MPa men-fluidisasi material.
- Partikel saling membentur kecepatan tinggi → pecah (tanpa blade/hammer kontak).
- Grading wheel (4000–8000 RPM) memisahkan by ukuran: halus in-spec ke cyclone; besar re-grind.
- Output ultra-fine dikumpulkan cyclone + bag filter.
Kelebihan: zero blade contamination, cold grinding (udara expansion → chamber <50°C), particle size distribution sempit, minimal maintenance, GMP-friendly. Kekurangan: total power tinggi (90–360 kW termasuk compressor), investasi mahal, capacity per kW lebih rendah, feed harus pre-ground ~100 mesh dulu.
