Product Description

Seri B-BIV adalah pulverizer kompak dengan dust collector terintegrasi — desain 2-motor (crusher + dust collector), output coarse-to-medium 20–120 mesh (lebih kasar dari WFJ/GF). Footprint kecil (mulai 950×450 mm) cocok untuk pabrik ruang terbatas atau lab/pilot. Tersedia 4 kapasitas, 10 kg/jam (15BIV) sampai 1000 kg/jam (40BIV).

Cara kerja

Hopper (6–12mm): max 6mm (15/20BIV), 10mm (30BIV), 12mm (40BIV). >12mm perlu pre-crushing.
Rotor (motor 2.2–11 kW @ 3400–6000 rpm): material dibentur ke screen; halus lolos, kasar re-grind.
Dust collector (motor 0.55–1.5 kW): fan tarik fine dust ke bag filter, udara bersih dilepas.

2-motor (vs 3-motor GF) = lebih sederhana/murah; tanpa motor discharge terpisah (keluar via gravitasi + airflow).
