Product Description

Seri MH elektrik adalah mesin giling kedelai continuous-feed dengan batu giling corundum — beda dari seri MH gas (batch cook+grind). MH elektrik untuk produksi continuous susu/bubur kedelai, throughput 10–200 kg kedelai per jam. Cocok untuk pabrik susu kedelai, line tahu menengah-besar, line tempe.

Cara kerja

Kedelai pre-rendam (24 jam) + air via hopper.
Gravity/screw feed ke chamber dengan dua batu corundum.
Batu corundum (motor 1–7,5 HP @ 2800/3600 RPM, diameter 92–153 mm) menggiling jadi bubur halus. Corundum (Al₂O₃, Mohs ~9) jauh lebih tahan aus dari batu silika.
Output continuous → separator (cloth/centrifuge) memisahkan susu vs okara.

Beda dari MH gas: gas = batch cook+grind dalam tank; elektrik = continuous flow tanpa cooking (cooking terpisah di kettle/boiler).

Corundum (Al₂O₃, Mohs ~9): umur pakai jauh lebih panjang, permukaan grinding lebih halus (bubur/susu lebih smooth), tidak melepas partikel batu, tahan asam. Lebih mahal di awal tapi total cost per ton lebih rendah.
